Package given to me at 10:45 AM with a $35 resort delivery charge. I got front desk and proceed to get tossed like a rag doll between internal departments. I check tracking at 9:15AM Package delivered and signed by a Foxwood employee at 8:22 AM. I am expecting a UPS NEXT DAY AIR early AM delivery. Wake up go to work at a show in ballroom. After an equally horrilbe lunch experience at Brooklyn's I return to my room, NO MAID Service!!!!. I am out of my room from 7:30AM until 2PM. Ok food with service so bad I thought I was at a cheap Jamaican Resort. So wake up next day go to breakfast at Brooklyn's. I was given a corner room thats' layout was so poor the TV on the stand was 20' from the bed with a floor plug between with a nest of electrical cords that I tripped on every time.
